Bridging from Teradata 12

The Teradata 14 Bridge Exam allows Teradata 12 certified candidates to move, or "bridge", from the Teradata 12 Certification track to the Teradata 14 Certification track without starting the track from the beginning.

Teradata 12 Certified Masters will take just one exam to become a Teradata 14 Certified Master.  A Qualification Exam is not required for those that have achieved a Teradata 12 Master Certification.

The Teradata 14 Certification Track offers seven core exams that combine for achievement of six certification levels: 

TERADATA 14 CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL

Candidate has demonstrated knowledge of core concepts and related technologies and understands relational database concepts.

Take the Basics Exam (TE0-141)

TERADATA 14 CERTIFIED TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

Candidate has knowledge about Teradata Structured Query Language using ANSI standard conventions and extensions to the language. Exams must be passed in sequential order.

Take the Physical Design and Implementation Exam (TE0-143)

TERADATA 14 CERTIFIED DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR

Candidate can set up, manage, and maintain a Teradata database environment—and has a thorough understanding of Teradata database concepts. Exams must be passed in sequential order.

TERADATA 14 CERTIFIED SOLUTIONS DEVELOPER 

Candidate can design and write optimized applications that integrate and access data in Teradata environments, leveraging parallelism and data manipulation techniques. Exams must be passed in sequential order.

TERADATA 14 CERTIFIED ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT

Candidate can design enterprise data warehouse architectures with rigor centered around the Teradata environment to ensure integrity and optimum performance. Exams must be passed in sequential order.
