Track 1 Spotlight Success Story: Analysis of video, POS, and Customer Voice
NTT East opened a new unmanned store that connects rural producers with urban consumers as part of its Online Merges with Offline (OMO) initiative to promote regional development through the use of ICT. In addition to POS data, the store attempted data tracking by combining camera images and customer service audio. In this presentation, we will report on our efforts in funnel analysis by combining POS and video data in addition to association analysis by combining POS and voice data.
