Turk Telekom: Leveraging integrated data to understand customers and improve their experience

Migrating from Oracle and Sybase environments, Turk Telekom began a journey of consolidating data. This journey has allowed them to decrease churn by serving the marketing department with newly discovered segmented data. Implementing Teradata's Temporal feature, Turk Telekom now has automatic temporal data management. Power users also use another feature, the data lab, to test and determine if insights are actionable and go into production.
