Jill Dyché is a partner and co-founder of Baseline Consulting. Her role at Baseline is a combination of best-practice expert, industry gadfly, key client advisor, and all-around thought leader. She is responsible for key client strategies and market analysis in the areas of data governance, business intelligence, master data management, and customer relationship management.

Rob Tuttle, Director of Solutions Marketing, Teradata Coporation

Rob has more than 25 years experience in the application of Information Technologies to Fortune 500 Companies, and has helped major corporations around the world both recognize and realize the value of technological investments to their business.

Rob joined NCR in 1991 from AT&T and began a focus on data warehousing and CRM technologies and their application in business to drive customer differentiation and profitability. In 1994, Rob released NCR's first CRM product globally, and supported the development and release of NCR's original Relationship Optimizer product in 1998. Rob has been instrumental in the definition, development or release of multiple CRM related products and programs ever since, contributing to Teradata's recognized leadership in multi-channel marketing automation and campaign management.
