An independent industry analyst based in Simsbury, Connecticut, Charlie has a wealth of experience in data warehouse consulting. Formerly vice president and director of Meta Group's Technology Research Services, he left that organization in April 2005 to begin his full-time consulting career.

Bart Respondek

Currently serving Southwest Airlines as advisor — enterprise data, Bart served as an analyst on the company's EDW from its initial inception stages. Before joining SWA, the Texas Tech graduate designed and developed revenue accounting systems for Tenneco Gas.

Patrick Bolin

Prior to assuming his current duties as senior manager of EDW Operations at Southwest Airlines, Patrick was responsible for operations business intelligence and an array of application development areas within the company. A graduate of Baylor University, he has also designed masterfile systems for Frito-Lay and was a systems engineer at EDS.
