Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and business minded individual with strong data warehousing skills to deploy and support our reporting environment. This individual will play an active role in all aspects of information/data delivery from helping specify requirements to schema design to report creation. Our ideal candidate will not only understand technically what is desired, but can look at information from our user’s perspective.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Build and make changes to an continuously changing reporting environment to support new functionality (MicroStrategy)
2. Designing base reporting elements for end-user use.
3. Define and develop reports to support business questions.
4. Perform ad-hoc analysis.
5. Perform administration/maintenance to the reporting environment
Required Skills:
1. Preferably 5-7 years of revelent professional experience
2. In depth knowledge of the MicroStrategy suite of products, perferrably 2-5 years
3. SQL expertise, specifically with large databases
4. Excellent communications skills
5. Problem solving ability
6. Business functional insight
