Generally that means open a bug with teradata support.

Internal errors also happens at times (and not rarely) with wrong SQL (syntax/semantic), so you may want to review your SQL once again.

And no matter whether it was a bad SQL or not, it's a bug in TD (because TD is supposed to catch the error in the SQL and let you know if it was a bad SQL, not crash).
