Hi,

When i create a single-step communication and specify a segment in the segmentation module it gives me following error:

[NCR][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata RDBMS] Column LOCID not found in TEAM2DR.IOS1_BBBBWQPDBBB3T.
12.970.128 EODBC Database Error:

Message: [NCR][ODBC Teradata Driver][Teradata RDBMS] Column LOCID not found in TEAM2DR.IOS1_BBBBWQPDBBB3T.
The offending query was written to file - C:\CIOS\errlog\0x9x10x1003_5976_14t42t39t839.err By Machine - WPKFJ250001-7IX User Name - SYSTEM

Note: This error occures when i create a segment through the GUI of segmentation module.

FJ - Thank you for your post. I think for this one, you're going to have to contact the Global Support Center. For some reason the segment you are trying to point to is not found…this could be that it was deleted or consolidated or any number of things. It was recommended that you should probably have someone look into it.

Let me know if you still don't get an answer and we'll try another route.

The error message has a DASQ number on it. Start the metadata utility and check the sql for that particular DASQ. It is most probably a hierarchy mapping error which depends entirely on your solution.
