I need to download the new version to TeraData SQL Assistant (i.e., version 8.1). I am not able to find that on the teradata.com website.

Can anyone point me to the location from where I can download the s/w.

There is no Teradata SQL Assistant 8.1 yet; I presume you mean the version included in the current TTU8.1 bundle - which would be SQL Assistant 7.1.

If you have access to "My SupportLink" through Teradata @ Your Service login then you can download the latest client software patch releases. Or you can order the CDs from your Teradata sales person.
