To Restore DBC from Prodction System to DR system does Sysinit and Dip need to be run ?
They both are 12.0 but Produciton has more nodes/amps.

Thanks, RG

Sysinit/DIP shouldn't be necessary. There can be an issue however if you have UDF's on the source-system. But normally, you do an archive data tables from DBC from arcmain on the source-system, then a delete database DBC on the target system and then (after transferring the archive), restore that archive on the target system.

Success,

Jos.
