I want to use the flag variable set in shell script in bteq .if conditional command.Please let me knw how we can do this.

i do not think that the "if" bteq command recognizes anything else than the 3 predefined variables(ERRORCODE,ACTIVITYCOUNT,ERRORLEVEL) on the left side of comparison operator.
