We have a large databse which houses everyday updates with change data capture (CDC). The weekly archive process takes really long hours to complete everytime and I suggetsed to implement PJ and archive the PJs' (the changes only) and the entire db once in a month. But I learnt that PJs are expensive...but not sure in what sense. can anyone shed some light on this??
