I have a windows application that uses Teradata ODBC.
The Teradata Server Info in ODBC Configuration is:
10.32.215.224 (oiprd)
10.32.215.221 (oiprd)
10.32.215.225 (oiprd)
10.32.215.223 (oiprd)
10.32.215.220 (oiprd)
10.32.205.222 (oiprd)
10.32.215.195 (oiprd)
10.32.215.196 (oiprd)
10.32.215.197 (oiprd)
10.32.215.198 (oiprd)
In this case, the last 3 ips are not working (network issue)
But if i remove them from the list works fine.
My main question is if is there any configuration to fix this without remove the entries.
- How ODBC select the IP ? it's random ?
- If the selected IP is not responding, will not try to use another one ?
