Go to the main www.teradata.com page, and under the Support option click on Download Center.

On the "Teradata Download Center > Teradata ToolBox > Teradata Plug-in for Eclipse" it states:

"To install the Teradata Plug-in for Eclipse via the Eclipse Update Site process, bring up Eclipse and run the Software Updates process. Enter the Teradata Plug-in for Eclipse URL (http://www.teradata.com/datatools/update) as the Remote Site URL."

Or you could download plug-in for M$ OS (plug-ins should be platform independent).

http://www.teradata.com/datatools/update doesn't exist.
