Just i would like to know the reason, in what way fast load will perform better than multiload when we are loading empty tables?

Hi Syam,
the Acquisition phase of MLoad is comparable to a FastLoad into the Worktable (i don't know about the internals, but it's probably using the same technique). And there's some additional information sent to the worktable, the Match Tag, so the rowsize is larger for MLoad.
For FastLoad worktable and targettable are the same, but within MLoad there's the Application phase inserting data from worktable to targettable, this is additional work, too.

Just to know ,is there any impact that Mload will work with secondary indexes and fast load should n't work with?
