I need to use a 3rd party library for some UDFs/XSPs that may occasionally print stuff to STDERR or STDOUT (usually in the event of some warning/error condition). I can't seem to find any reference in the docs or on this board that indicates what the protected mode processes do with STDERR/STDOUT ? Are they redirected to the DB console (ala the deprecated PRINT for SPs), or redirected to /dev/null, or ???

Any chance they might be redirected to trace tables ?
