Hi
i am trying to connect to the priority scheduler administrator through Demo CD. Its asking System(DBS) Name, userid, password. i gave system name as localhost / mycomputer name and username, password as tpch/tpch, dbc/dbc both i tried both users but its no where connecting. the error is
Sql failed to access table DBC.DBCinfo
Error: MTDP: EM_NOHOST(224): name not in HOSTS file or names database.

I think this can be resolved by adding an entry in "host" named file.
this file resides in c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc.
To add an entry, read the header section of the file..it is self explanatory....
in case of demo version this entry would be like this
127.0.0.1 localhost

try using DemoTDAT for the DBS name
