| Mark V. Hurd is president and chief executive officer of NCR Corporation. Hurd was named chief executive officer and elected to the board in March 2003. Prior to that, he was president and chief operating officer responsible for driving the performance of all of the company's businesses. Hurd was chosen to run the Teradata division in October 1999 and was promoted to chief operating officer of the division within a year. Under Hurd's leadership, Teradata increased its revenue by approximately 36 percent and improved its operating performance by more than $250 million. Today, Teradata is a $1.2 billion business and the market leader in enterprise data warehouse and analytical solutions that help businesses drive growth and profitability. |

| Mike Koehler is senior vice president of Teradata, and was appointed in March 2003. In this capacity, he is responsible for Teradata's $1.2 billion data warehousing, analytical applications, and professional services business, which is ranked #1 by Gartner's DBMS magic quadrant and ASEM model. He is a member of the NCR leadership team reporting to Mark Hurd. |

His newest book, Five-Point Play, the story of the 2000-2001 season, was published in November 2001. In The New York Times bestseller Leading with the Heart: Coack K's Successful Strategies for Basketball, Business, and Life, Krzyzewski reviews the lessons he has learned as basketball coach at Duke University and applies them universally so they translate into any leadership position. |
