Analytical Applications Product Advisory Council
The Analytical Applications Product Advisory Council (AAPAC) provides advisory input for product development direction to Teradata Analytical Applications, including Teradata CRM, Demand Chain Management, Supply Chain Intelligence, and Teradata Warehouse Miner.
AAPAC consists of license holders and end-users who come together to provide insight into new business strategies, processes, and functionality with an eye towards adding business value to the Analytical Applications.
Purpose
The purpose of the Analytical Applications Product Advisory Committee (AAPAC) is to provide a process for client input into all aspects of the Analytical Applications. AAPAC members represent a broad spectrum of industry disciplines, including retail, travel, finance, insurance, and communications.
AAPAC represents the valuable voice of the customer, providing client questions, suggestions, and concerns directly to the Teradata Analytical Applications team. AAPAC acts as a conduit to make the customers heard as a unified group with a vested interest in direction, functionality, and services.
Mission
In a spirit of partnership, the mission of the Product Advisory Council is to provide a forum for users of the various applications to communicate information, to exchange ideas for mutual benefit, to set measurable objectives, to provide input on features, functionality and services, and to provide prioritization.
AAPAC recommendations are leveraged to extend and build the Analytical Applications Suite with improved functionality and to deliver tangible business results.
Goals
Represent fully the business and technical needs of the customer
Review and provide input into the Analytical Applications Solution Roadmap
Provide input and prioritization for features/functionality considerations of planned base release content
Identify possible future product development opportunities
Create opportunities for information and best practices sharing

AAPAC Participation Guidelines
Only Analytical Applications license holders are eligible for membership
Maximum of 15 member companies across all industries
AAPAC members serve a minimum of one year on the council, attend two Face to Face meetings per year, and participate in monthly conference calls
AAPAC members are required to assist at the annual Teradata PARTNERS Conference

Bob is currently responsible for management and development of the customer database on the data warehouse. The customer database is used to drive analysis and execution of marketing programs to improve customer retention and increase revenue through retention, cross sell programs, and services. Bob is also responsible for development, training and maintenance of Marketing applications, including TCRM, that utilizes customer data to improve usage, access, and capabilities. Campbell joined the AAPAC in 2003.

Rupert Blackley

Rupert Blackley started at British Airways in the Operational Research Department in 1987, supporting route costing, revenue management, and relationship marketing functions. He joined the marketing group seven years ago and has worked on various CRM projects implementing segmentation models and strategies. He also managed a team of analysts who utilized extensive customer database management and executed all outbound communications. His current role is as a consultant to the business on all matters related to the development and exploitation of campaign management, database marketing, and Teradata CRM at British Airways. Blackley joined the AAPAC in 2002.

DeAnna Blair

Since 2000, DeAnna Blair has worked with Teradata CRM at Hallmark Cards. She was involved in the initial Teradata database build for Hallmark’s consumer data. She is currently the TCRM Administrator and Direct Mail Project Leader and oversees the execution of over 125 direct mail campaigns with approximately 150 million postal contacts each year. Blair is also Hallmark’s expert on the “Retailerization” process. She joined the AAPAC in May 2004.

Kathryn Dioquino

Kathryn DioQuino joined Lowe's Companies, Inc in 2002 and she has managed the TCRM usage, support, training, and implementing best practices in TCRM since 2005. She is currently a Senior Analyst in the Customer Analytics department and is responsible for the analysis of Trigger based marketing campaigns. She is also in charge of leading the Customer Analytics team in automating marketing campaigns in TCRM. Kathryn works with the Information Technology teams to create, develop, and implement maintenance and enhancement initiatives in the TCRM application. She has held various positions in the Information Technology department, Contact Center, and Research group at Lowe's.

Craig Gard

Craig Gard was a critical member during the initial implementation of the CRM application. As the lead technical resource to support the TCRM Application, he worked on upgrades, creation of legends, and first level support for identified issues. Since that time, Gard has taken overall responsibility for all application and support activities in the Teradata environment. Overall, he has twelve years of experience working with marketing systems and seventeen years of IT experience, including all aspects of development and support.

Maura Hart is a newcomer to CRM and the AAPAC from the IT side. She has most recently implemented a CRM upgrade, a new customer segmentation, and Offer Optimizer. As a technical resource she supports the TCRM application and the marketing users, along with the Teradata data warehouse. Maura has ten plus years of experience implementing merchandising and marketing systems and eighteen years of IT experience.

Susan Zimmer

Susan Zimmer has worked in relationship marketing at JCPenney since 1988. She initially worked on the Credit Inserts Program in the direct response area. Zimmer then moved to catalog marketing, where she was responsible for selection and analysis of the major catalogs, sale tabloids, and marketing programs. She moved to her current position as project manger for TCRM within the strategic planning and research area in 2000. Zimmer manages the JCPenney team that provides business support in TCRM for JCPenney’s three business channels (catalog, internet, and retail). Zimmer and her team work with the Technical Support team to develop and implement marketing business solutions in the TCRM application.
