Deborah heads Financial Insights’ institutional trading, investment management, retail brokerage and risk management practices, with responsibility for technology solutions. A specialist in the strategic implications of new technology for risk management, she is a leading researcher and analyst. She has written articles for numerous industry publications, including Risk Magazine, Water, Wall Street and Technology, Financial Accounting, Securities Industry News, Financial Times, and the New York Times, and has contributed to five books on risk management. She is currently co-head of the technology committee of the International Association of Financial Engineers.
