Teradata Software for Evaluation and Development provides an opportunity to work with the Teradata Database as a fully configured VMware® appliance platform for development, testing and learning. This Teradata VMware® Player image is 64-bit SUSE Linux 10 with the Teradata Database and basic client programs. These use a Linux version of the Teradata Database and may be hosted on an x64 platform running either Linux or Windows.
