Teradata Express 12 for Amazon EC2 – Teradata Software for Evaluation and Development
Teradata Express is a free developer version of the Teradata Database. It provides an opportunity to work with the Teradata Database for development, testing, evaluation and learning purposes. Please have your Amazon account number ready before registering to use Teradata Express for Amazon EC2. (Sign-up at http://aws.amazon.com/. Normal Amazon usage charges apply).
Teradata Express is a fully functional Teradata Database running on the Novell SLES 10 64-bit Linux platform hosted on the Amazon Web Services cloud platform. Amazon’s hosting platform makes it easy to setup a running Teradata Express system in minutes.
This configuration includes:
- Teradata Database 12.0
- Teradata Tools and Utilities (TTU)
- a collection of our Linux query, load & unload tools
- our new EasyLoader tool
