Prometric Testing Centers - Register for Exams

All Teradata Certification exams are proctored and delivered through computer based testing at authorized Prometric Testing Centers. Prometric is the leading global provider of comprehensive testing and assessment services with IT testing facilities throughout the world.

Avoid the possibility of local testing site administrative fees — schedule your exam appointment with Prometric in one of two ways:

1. Register for exams online at: www.prometric.com/Teradata
2. Or contact a Prometric Regional Registration Center by telephone or e-mail:
• Choose your region from the list in the "Questions?" box at: www.prometric.com/Teradata. A registration center telephone number will display by country.
• Candidates in the USA & Canada may call Toll Free: 1-877-887-6868

The cost for each Teradata V2R5 exam ranges from $125 to $300 (USD) based on the exam taken and your location.  You may pay Prometric with a credit card or exam voucher.

• TCPP policy requires a minimum 14 calendar day waiting period before you may re-take the same Teradata V2R5 exam again. You must re-register at Prometric and pay the full exam fee to re-take the same exam.

Important Notices:

• During your first exam registration, Prometric will issue you a unique Testing ID. This Testing ID must be used for all subsequent Teradata exam registrations. Your certifications will not be recognized if you take exams under a different testing ID.
• Certification credentials are imprinted with the name shown in the Prometric registration system. Credentials are mailed to the address entered in your Prometric Testing profile. In order to avoid delays and certificate re-processing fees ensure that your entire first and last name is spelled correctly, is the same name as it appears on your official Government issued identification, and the address is fully completed with the correct information.
• Electronic Certificates: To provide certification credentials more efficiently, a "go green" process was introduced April 1, 2009. Certified candidates in India, China and Pakistan will receive Teradata V2R5 credentials in a printable PDF format via the valid e-mail address entered during exam registration.
