Tracking System - Exam Results and Certification Progress
The Teradata Certification Tracking System has been upgraded with the latest features and improved functionality. The on-line system is on a secure site designed for maintaining exam records, certification status, transcripts and credentials verification. Teradata 12 Certification candidates should review additional information and processes shown below. All Teradata Certification candidates can access the system by following these steps:
TO LOGIN: go to the Teradata Certification Tracking System
First time login only: Choose the Never Logged In Before link. Enter your last name and unique Prometric Testing ID number OR exam registration number. Both alpha-numeric IDs are shown on your Teradata V2R5 Examination Score Report or your Teradata 12 Notice of Exam Completion. If you do not have access to your Prometric ID number you can enter the email address used when you registered for your exams.
Set a Password: The system allows you to set a password and obtain a unique alpha-numeric Login ID that begins with the letters TDC.
Use your TDC ID: For all future logins, use your assigned TDC Login ID and your chosen password.
It is important that you ensure your mailing address, email address, and company name are correct. Choose the Demographics link and then enter any changes to your general profile.
Certification credentials are imprinted with the name shown in your Prometric Testing profile. Your credentials are processed and mailed to the name and address you entered. To avoid delays and certificate re-processing fees, please ensure that your mailing address and e-mail address are current in the Teradata Certification Tracking System.
Electronic Certificates: To provide certification credentials more efficiently, a "go green" process was introduced April 1, 2009. Certified candidates in India, China, and Pakistan will receive Teradata V2R5 credentials in printable PDF format via their valid e-mail address as shown in the Teradata Certification Tracking System.

Exam Results: After completing a Teradata 12 exam at a Prometric Testing Center, Prometric will provide a printed hard copy “Notice of Exam Completion”. Keep this document for information you will need to log into the Teradata Certification Tracking System (CTS).
Once your exam results are available in the Teradata CTS, you will receive an email notification. You can then retrieve your official
“Notice of Exam Results” report from your Teradata CTS account. If applicable, certificates and logos will also be available within your Teradata CTS account.
Certificates and Logos: Prometric will upload completed Teradata 12 exams into the Teradata Certification Tracking System (CTS) for scoring and matching to the requirements for each Teradata 12 Certification credential.
Certificate Verification: Each Teradata 12 Certificate is coded with a unique authentication number. Employers, prospective employers, and other third party individuals can verify Teradata 12 certificates when presented by a candidate.
Access the
Certificate Verification System and then submit the certificate
Verification Code number as shown under the Date line of each Teradata 12 Certificate.
