Overview - Teradata V2R5 Certification Track
The Teradata Certified Professional Program supports industry standard certification exams focused on Teradata V2R5 technology. Six core exams combine to eight distinctive Teradata V2R5 certification levels. The six core exams in the Teradata V2R5 Certification Track will be available through Prometric testing centers until March 31, 2010. Certifications achieved will remain valid and will not expire. There is ample time for candidates to complete all certifications in the V2R5 track. Use the Overview as an online guide toward achieving your Teradata certification goals. Three Baseline Certifications demonstrate baseline concept proficiency. Candidates who achieve all three baseline certifications are awarded a fourth certification: Advanced Teradata Certified Professional V2R5.
Three Job Role Certifications extend into job functionality critical to the operation of a Teradata Database. Candidates who achieve all three job role certifications, in addition to the three baseline and Advanced Teradata Certified Professional V2R5 certifications, are awarded an additional certification: Teradata Certified Master V2R5.
