Luca de Carli, Managing Director, CRMLab

Luca de Carli really lives CRM with his many years of experience caring for customers in different positions in the airline industry. He started as a flight attendant instructor, moved to In-flight Product and communication, training, then stepped up until he became the CRM Manager for three European Partner Airlines. His most recent foreign assignments included a three-years posting at Swissair Greece as Sales & Marketing Director. Until end of 2006 Luca was Head of CRM at SBC, sunrise business communication (TDC Switzerland) in Switzerland, a subsidiary of Tele Denmark*. His day to day responsibilities included managing seamless customer experience with a fully integrated CRM system close loop mode for all relevant BtB and BtC segments. Today Luca is managing director of CRMLAB.
