Ted Garcia, Engagement Director, Capgemini
Ted works with most of the major motion picture and television studios on the organizational changes necessary to leverage best practices in supply chain technologies and processes. He has focused his career on supply and demand chain management across a variety of industries including aerospace, agriculture, consumer products, chemicals, electronics, construction materials, and entertainment. Prior to joining Capgemini, Ted was with Universal Studios/Vivendi Universal and managed the shared service organizations that supported studio and theme park operations. Ted has also worked with the United Nations, US AID, the Aga Khan Foundation, and numerous governments and private enterprises in South East Asia.
