Linda has been working on Teradata systems since 1997. Her responsibilities have included data modeling and analysis, performance tuning, application development, production support, and database administration. She has played a significant role in several data warehouse initiatives at Norfolk Southern, including the development of an active data warehouse, implementation of a web application utilized by thousands of external customers to track railcars, and implementation of operating plan adherence and connection performance applications.
