With the PCC ITCAP Program, the process to leverage employee benefit programs is made easy. Students register for either a public class or attend classes privately at the employer location. In the case of public classes, the student contacts the Teradata Customer Enrollment Center and identifies themselves as using an Employee Benefit Program to pay all or part of their tuition. The call center then contacts ITCAP and advises them of the registration. ITCAP contacts the student to complete the forms required by the student's Employee Benefit Program and then registers the student with PCC.

For private events held onsite at the customer's location, Teradata Customer Education works with ITCAP and the customer to gather the required student information prior to the class for each participant.

• For public classes, Teradata will facilitate the administration of the course exam for ITCAP program students immediately following the conclusion of the class.
• For private events, the company usually provides a proctor and works with ITCAP directly to make arrangements to have their students tested.
• PCC sends a grade mailer to each employee documenting the outcome of the class and awards college credits for students with passing grades.
