The Order Management Decision Experts (OM) domain enables users with a clear picture of their Order Management process. It provides both summary and detailed analysis that allows you to:

2) Identify lost revenue associated with order cancellations.
3) Track order fulfillment and shipments.
4) Forecast demand and sales revenue across region, product or period.
5) Investigate associated product items with the highest cancellations.

As with all Decision Experts modules, OM is interlinked with other domains.
