Lund Food Holdings

Edina, Minnesota-based Lund Food Holdings is a privately-owned chain of upscale retail supermarkets in the northern United States which operates 10 Lund's and 11 Byerly's stores in the Twin Cities and surrounding area.

In 2007, Lund Food Holdings was seeking a single data source and business intelligence platform that would bring their corporate data into an integrated repository to provide consistency and accuracy across a broad spectrum of business dimensions, including the supply chain, as well as customer service, sales and marketing data. Kevin Baartman, Vice-President of Information Services for Lund, said his company selected an Enterprise Data Warehouse from Teradata due to Teradata's "proven experience in our industry, impressive methodology and a comprehensive solutions focus."
