Disaster Recovery
Teradata helps you get back up and running after a disaster and minimizes risks through a variety of Business Continuity Solutions. These solutions can cut your recover time down to 2-4 days instead of weeks. In addition, Teradata has experienced, Certified Disaster Recovery Professionals on staff to provide system configuration and support.
Hosted Site
Teradata Hosted Site was designed to provide a secure outsourcing option for your physical data center. With Teradata Hosted Site, your Teradata platform is physically moved to our Teradata hosting center in Dayton, Ohio, where it receives the ultimate in protection and support. In addition to providing the floor space and monitoring environmental conditions, we include access to a Teradata Certified Professional to provide support for required onsite actions, which may include tape handling and shipping, software media installation, AWS reboot, etc.

Security Procedure Review:
- Access is reviewed and evaluated every six months
- Teradata hosting security practices are subject to audit
Test/Development
A test and development system can be used to emulate your production environment to help develop new applications, test new software and perform regression testing prior to an upgrade.
