Customization begins when Teradata Customer Education develops a questionnaire specifically tailored to your data warehouse environment to determine user skill levels. This analysis provides the foundation for determining the training requirements for your business users. Skill levels are assessed at four different levels.
Once users have been categorized and training requirements are identified for each level, learning objectives are developed for each skill level. A Training Design Document (TDD) is then created, outlining course curriculum and specific objectives. The TDD provides:
- Skill level descriptions
- Course descriptions
- Course module descriptions
- Learning objectives
- Description of how Teradata Customer Education will develop the course curriculum to meet the learning objectives
- Description of delivery media
From this point, the course development is created by a team of Teradata subject-matter experts. Curriculum is offered as web-based training and/or instructor-led training courses.
