With the spin-off of Teradata from NCR Corporation in 2007, Teradata initially has adopted NCR's environmental, health and safety policies, and has entered into a transitional services agreement with NCR for NCR to continue to provide certain environmental, health and safety related services in order to assure continuous execution of its pre-spin-off environmental, health and safety initiatives and to assure continuous compliance with environmental, health and safety laws.
