Internships

Interns at Teradata gain practical work experience, an introduction to the company and the opportunity to network with other interns. Students take on challenging and rewarding assignments related to their field of study and become campus ambassadors for Teradata, helping to grow relationships with campuses and other potential candidates.

Program: Teradata Intern Program, an integral part of Teradata's recruitment strategy, offers the following opportunities:

	Learning sessions on a variety of business and professional topics

	Networking with students from other schools
	Formal presentation/farewell event with Teradata leaders
	Exposure to Teradata's culture, values and work environment

Eligibility: An intern is a current student who has at least one semester or two quarters remaining in their full-time accredited college or university's degree program. The student must also be majoring in an academic discipline for which Teradata recruits and must be maintaining at least a 3.0 GPA or equivalent. (Exceptions will be managed on an individual case basis.)

Process: Internship recruitment begins in early January with career fairs and campus relationship events. First- and second-round interviews are scheduled in February and March followed by offers being extended by April. Our opportunities are posted on our career web site and at targeted universities.
