The implementation of Teradata CRM included Teradata Professional Services and additional data warehouse processing capacity. Barclays' Teradata CRM solution will deliver highly targeted and event-triggered multi-channel marketing campaigns, supported by the Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse.
