Bank BPH is the third-largest bank in Poland in terms of assets and one of the largest banks listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Bank BPH has deployed a Teradata Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solution to build event-based campaign management capability and to enhance business performance. A few months after the Teradata Professional Services team implemented the solution on a Windows platform, it began significantly increasing marketing results. Teradata Campaign Manager allows parallel management of many marketing campaigns. With Teradata CRM, the bank segments customers and defines events for each of the segments that prompts BPH to contact a customer.

Bank BPH's Teradata CRM solution is supported by a Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse. Teradata Warehouse Miner, the data mining application, helps BPH to better understand customer banking behavior, including predictive modeling for its lending program.
