Bank Hapoalim, Israel's largest bank, comprises about a third of all banking activity in Israel.

Working with Teradata Professional Services consultants, Bank Hapoalim built its Teradata Data Warehouse around the frame of its own Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program. Gleaning customer knowledge from its data warehouse, the bank can develop new products, packages and services, targeting the specific requirements of its diverse clientele. The bank also can identify high-value customers and build campaigns to enhance their experiences and keep them coming back for more.

With its Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse, Bank Hapoalim now can access data from current and previous interactions as far back as three years. Moving from an account view to a customer view, the bank was able to target new customers for new services.
