The Advanced Analytics and CRM User Groups are joining forces at the 2008 PARTNERS Conference to host an integrated agenda designed to give both user groups' attendees a more comprehensive session. Advanced Analytics plays a critical role in successful CRM initiatives, thus making an integrated session more appealing and useful so that participants can attend jointly and deepen their understanding of both practices and linkages between them.
Keynote speaker is the noted academic
Mohanbir Sawhney - Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for Research in Technology and Innovation at the Kellogg School of Management.
Professor Sawhney will illustrate his thoughts on "Advancing Beyond Analytics: Aligning People, Process and Technology to Get Closer to Customers."

The Teradata CRM User Group meeting began with lunch that gave all attendees a chance to network and share ideas. Immediately following lunch, the winners of our first annual
Teradata Marketing Leadership Awards program presented highlights from their award-winning submissions.
Welcome to the
Teradata Customer Management (CM) Solutions User Group.
The Teradata CM Solutions User Group is a valuable forum bringing together Teradata CRM users, experts and prospects to network and share best practices.
These meetings provide attendees with a well-rounded look at CRM trends, the Teradata CRM (TCRM) product and leading-edge TCRM implementations.
The Teradata CM Solutions User Group meetings are held twice a year at two of Teradata's premier events: the Teradata Universe event in the spring in Europe and the PARTNERS Conference, October 12 - 16, 2008, in the U.S.
These forums include discussions on a variety of topics such as:
