Wataniya has launched an analytics initiative based on the Teradata Warehouse and Teradata Warehouse Miner as part of its strategy to develop a customer retention program, raise service levels and improve customer satisfaction. Teradata technology is being deployed to centralize detailed data, build and deploy analytic data sets used for analytic model creation, and make results available to business users through a customer DNA database (CDNA).
