Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited (AIS) is Thailand's largest mobile phone company. AIS has launched an enterprise business intelligence program using the Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse infrastructure. This program migrates critical information about AIS's 2 million-plus post-paid subscribers from legacy databases to a single Teradata platform, helping AIS increase its Customer Relationship Management efforts.

This migration is phase one of critical information transfer and management, aimed at supporting AIS's business units and subscriber growth. The next phase will focus on deriving more benefits from the Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse. The move supports Business Intelligence functions such as analysis reports and closed loop marketing.
