Chinatrust Commercial Bank

Chinatrust Commercial Bank was the first bank to bring credit cards to Taiwan, and currently operates 111 domestic branches and 58 overseas branches.

Chinatrust Commercial Bank, a large Teradata Customer Relationship Management (CRM) user, reported in the July 2006 edition of DM Review that the Teradata CRM data warehouse environment delivered $479 million in new business over the first 10 campaigns alone — with a return on investment of 168% on the total investment. Since then, the bank has launched 40 more campaigns with similar results.
