- System Reporting - comprised of system level activities that optimize performance, and include system analysis, workload profiling, and capacity analysis
- System Management - consists of day-to-day administrative functions, such as System/Database Administration and Back-up, Archive and Restore Administration.
As part of these services, Teradata offers the right level of support, whether a company requires complete outsourcing of these functions or would plan to utilize their internal staff.
