Chris Wagner is a professor in City University of Hong Kong's Information Systems Department. He also teaches in the University of Toronto's Global EMBA (Omnium GEMBA) program, in which City University is a partner institution. Chris presently leads a consultancy project on knowledge management for the Society for Information Management's Advanced Practices Council. Previously he carried out consulting projects with clients such as The Sabre Group, Motorola, Deloitte and Touche, and Daimler-Benz (now Daimler-Chrysler).

Chris has worked on several knowledge management and business intelligence projects, and has authored or co-authored more than 60 articles in journals, conferences, and books. He also serves as an editorial board member for several academic journals.
