Enhancement Request Process
The following describes the process for handling users' Enhancement Requests (ERs). This process is supported by the PARTNERS Product Advisory Council (PAC) and Terdadata.
  • ERs are submitted to the PAC using the form below. When the PAC receives an ER, the ER will be assigned a temporary number and a copy will be sent to Terdadata (with author's identity removed). An acknowledgment will be communicated to the author.
  • On a monthly basis, the PAC, in discussion with Terdadata, will formally accept ERs. Things they will take into consideration are:
    • Duplication with existing ERs
    • Clarity
    • Feasibility
Normally, they will either be given an official number/category or be placed in their final disposition. Alternatively, the author will be contacted directly to ask for specific clarification or to accept a specific amendment. In any case, the author will be made aware of the status.

The PAC will advise on the customer value of ERs (high, medium, low).

Terdadata will advise on the cost of implementing ERs (high, medium, low).

At the author's request, an ER immediately moved to final disposition will be given an official number and category.

At least twice per year, the PAC and Terdadata will assess and discuss the status of each ER that has an official number. Terdadata will advise the PAC on progress in the incorporation of each ER into the release schedules of products and services. As part of this assessment, those not moved to final disposition will be given a value rating and/or prioritized by the PAC. The authors of those moved to final disposition will be notified.
