Duke center to research CRM 

According to Peter Heffring, president of Teradata CRM, one reason some companies fail to implement CRM properly is that skills simply arenít available in many instances. So Teradata is sending CRM to school.

To help bolster CRM skills in the business world, Teradata CRM is funding the Teradata Center for Customer Relationship Management at Duke University in North Carolina. The center will promote research and develop curricula to direct, facilitate and disseminate continuous learning and thought leadership in CRM. Teradata is contributing about $5 million to the center in cash, tools and assistance over five years.
