Top Greeting Card Company Receives Computerworld Award for Customer Intelligence using Teradata Technology - 12/18/2008
Data-warehouse driven information environment recognized for best practices in CRM

Recognition was given at the recent Teradata PARTNERS User Group conference in Las Vegas. Judges evaluated and ranked finalists and winners in categories according to substantiated Enterprise Intelligence solution achievements based on this criteria:
Strategic importance and positive business impact
Substantial customer impact (i.e., service, retention, acquisition, innovation)
Provides a strategic advantage to the business while anticipating and accommodating the deployment of future enterprise intelligence initiatives

Using Teradata, Hallmark gathers daily point-of-sale information, including purchases from millions of loyalty card holders.
