Saundra Davis serves as vice president of human resources for Teradata. A $1.6 billion organization, Teradata employs over 5,300 employees worldwide and is the global leader in enterprise data warehousing, analytic technologies and consulting services. In January 2007, NCR announced its intent to spin off Teradata, and Davis was appointed vice president of human resources for the post-spin Teradata Corporation. During the separation transition, Davis played an integral role in the human capital transition, and she has led the development of the going-forward Teradata global human resources model.
In her current role, Davis is a member of the Teradata leadership team reporting to Mike Koehler, president and chief executive officer of Teradata.
Davis has been contributing to the success of Teradata and NCR for more than 20 years in the areas of compensation and benefits, workforce planning, staffing, mergers and acquisitions, outsourcing and global off-shoring. She has previously held human resources leadership roles in several NCR divisions, including the Americas Customer Services Division, Systemedia and Corporate Infrastructure.
Davis holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Wittenberg University and a Master of Science in administration from Central Michigan University.
