Proactive Support

Utilizing Teradata Vital Infrastructure, Business Critical support representatives proactively monitor your system with one focus: availability. We want to identify, diagnose, and resolve problems – before they affect your end users. In the event a service action is necessary, Teradata Vital Infrastructure expedites problem resolution by automatically creating incidents and providing detailed configuration information to support representatives to speed recovery.

Software Release Management

Ensuring that the appropriate software releases are installed in a timely manner, as well as in a controlled environment, is essential to reducing the risk of an unplanned outage. Business Critical service includes this crucial practice and enables customers to breathe easy knowing that Teradata will manage the process by recommending and installing applicable releases and patches to avoid potentially severe problems. Additionally, support representatives will perform regular reviews of the system software configuration to ensure the latest certified versions are installed.

Business Critical service leverages our extensive experience implementing software changes to minimize risks to your availability.
