Ray has almost 30 years’ experience in retail management as Buyer, Area Manager, Merchandise Planning Manager, IS Manager, and Product Replenishment Manager in New Zealand’s two largest non-food retail chains. In 2006-2007 Ray was the business lead at The Warehouse in the upgrade of Teradata Demand Chain Management forecasting and replenishment application. Ray holds MBA and BS degrees from the University of Auckland and is an occasional guest lecturer in inventory management at that university.
